Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on your location

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided
